In this free, 45-minute program, Benjamin Berry will share his BrainDance knowledge geared towards seniors and adults with limited mobility.
He will guide participants through exercises, including seated versions, educate them about the benefits of BrainDance and share resources.
BrainDance has been described as gentle … fun … easy to follow … low impact … accessible, with the following attributes:
