Poppysea, a new flower shop in Hammondsport owned by Kelsea Winchell, will be hosting a bouquet design class just in time for Valentines. We’ll be focusing on muted romantic tones like mauve, blush and rose hues to create a one-of-a-kind, whimsical, hand-tied bouquet from their bouquet bar. We’ll provide all the needed tools & ingredients to teach you so you can practice their methods to make your own custom hand-tied bouquets in the blooming months to come!
