Meditation with Lauren Shaw

Call the library at 607-569-2045 to sign up for Meditation with Lauren Shaw, from 5:15-6 pm upstairs at the Library in the Robinson Room.
Lauren Shaw will be leading a weekly meditation group for anyone interesting in learning about meditation, starting a meditation practice, and/or just meditating regularly with a group.
Each session lasts for 45 minutes. We will sit comfortably in meditation for shorter periods of time and gradually increase the length of meditation within that timeframe as the weeks proceed.
Different meditation techniques will be introduced and the sessions conclude with discussion.
