Sewing 101 THREADS Class: For Students
March 24 @ 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm
FreeTHREADS is presenting a Sewing 101 class that is open to all area school students ages 12-18; this includes HCS, area schools and homeschoolers as well.
Whether you want to learn to darn a sock, up-cycle your thrifted clothes, make a quilt, run a sewing machine, crochet a hat, sew on a button…we’re open to all. Come to learn hands-on, come to observe, come to ask questions–just come!

THREADS is a new group for all fiber artists at the Library!
Come & join us for fun “show & tell”, demonstrations, guest presenters & more. Enjoy some special time with us chatting with old friends and making new friends.
THREADS will meet on the last Tuesday of each month during the day, from 2 – 4pm, downstairs at the Library.
When you arrive please use the exterior entrance in the lower level of the Library. It’s on the Lake side of the building; just follow the side driveway down.
Join their email list to receive monthly THREADS happenings: email Bonnie Taggart at bonnietaggart14@gmail.com with the Subject line: Threads.
Please give them your full name and let them know which fiber art projects you might be interested in sharing or learning. RSVP below!
