Join Lynn Hayes for some REFIT cardio and/or REV&FLOW strength training on the last Thursday of each month.
Lynn will hold two sessions from 5-6:30pm on the last Thursday of each month beginning Thursday, Jan 29th. The first session, from 5-5:30pm is called REFIT: cardio movement to music. The second session is 5:30-6:30pm and is called REV+FLOW: strength, balance, toning & flexibility development.
What to bring:
For REFIT: sneakers
For REV+FLOW: sneakers, yoga mat & 1-2 lb hand weights
If you’re able, a $5-10 donation is appreciated for the sessions
